We provide fundings that are based upon bonds, bank guarantees, take-or-pay contracts, tax credits, Corporate Guarantees, CDs, Letters of Credit, and other unconditional contracts and financial instruments. To provide a successful funding, your financial instrument will be:

  • Date-certain
  • Unconditional
  • Assignable
  • Backed by an investment grade ratted BBB or better by Standard and Poors or Moodys Rating Agencies
  • Minimum of $100MM on financial instruments with no maximum (some exceptions to minimum may apply)
  • Minimum of $5MM on all other funding with no maximum (some exceptions to minimum may apply)
